What happens during the training?
You don’t need any prior experience with Salesforce to cross-train with us. Our two-year career program will equip you with the technical skills and consulting know-how you’ll need to start a fantastic new career as Salesforce Business Analyst. It includes:
- An initial training course led by our Salesforce expert training team
- A Business Analyst Course, with further funding and support to earn extra certifications during your two years
- Hands-on labs to cover all core services of Salesforce and help you develop real-world experience
- Extensive consultancy training, so you’re ready for your deployment with a client from day one
- Paid work experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst with one or more of our global clients
- Access to our world-class support and development suite

Salesforce Business Analyst pathway
During your first four weeks with us, you’ll cover a broad range of approaches for customizing Salesforce, configuring the platform, managing users, and looking for ways to get even more out of its features and capabilities. You’ll spend the next two weeks learning the key competencies of a Business Analyst, the strategic context for business analysis, and how to improve business services and processes by defining the solutions with a strong business case, and delivering them. Last but not least, you’ll undergo extensive consultancy skills training before you start working at our client’s site.
Role and responsibilities
Effective communicators, Business Analysts are highly organized, data-driven, and detail-oriented project managers. They enjoy problem-solving and data analysis, coming up, presenting, and implementing effective solutions to improve processes and services. Their day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Discovery meetings with stakeholders
- Creating data flow diagrams and other visual tools to help teams understand how new proposed processes will work
- Training sessions for internal stakeholders and teams to help implement the new solutions
- Documenting and writing up data-driven actionable recommendations for leadership teams
- Reviewing data reports and ensuring that these adhere to company policy

Support and Development at Revolent
We’ll support you throughout your time with us, and beyond. You’ll have an assigned Development Coach who will guide you as you navigate your new career in the cloud. Whilst you’re working on a client site, we’ll conduct regular check-in sessions to make sure you’re fully supported. We’ll also help you gain extra certifications, as and when needed.

Salary expectations for Salesforce Business Analysts after training with Revolent
Salesforce Business Analysts are in high demand, with incredible salaries on offer once fully trained, certified, and with a couple of years’ of work experience under their belt. In the US, Salesforce Business Analysts can expect to earn $107,500 – $123,500 per year in a junior role, rising to $123,500 – $139,500 in a senior position. Freelancers and contractors can expect to earn $85 – $130 per hour.
